Equinox successfully executed the FEED and Detail Design of the Pipestone Separation Facility outside of Grande Prairie, Alberta. The facility is designed to handle a maximum inlet of 260 MMscfd sour gas (8% H2S) and 40,000 bpd of sour emulsion (24,000 bpd of raw condensate and 16,000 bpd of produced water). Up to 2 m³/d of sand production is anticipated and to be separated from the bulk process.

• slurry tank with circulation pump, skim oil pump and jet water pump
• produced emulsion booster pump package (2 x 100% pumps
• vapor recovery compressor package
• dual high-pressure and low-low-pressure flare stack
• high-pressure flare knock-out drum; MCC/HMI building package
• emergency generator and diesel storage
• 2 x 50% Emulsion/FG Line Heaters
• chemical Injection package
