Wapiti Acid Gas Capture & Sequestration

Wapiti Gas Processing Acid Gas (CO2 & H2S) Capture and Sequestration

Client:

Energy Transfer

Location:

Western Canada

Project Summary:

Equinox delivered Concept, FEED, Detail Design and installation of Gas Processing Facility (200 MMscfd) utilizing amine solvent-based capture to separate acid gas stream (90% H2S, 10% CO2). The operation includes acid gas compression, dehydration and blending – allowing for dual mode (acid gas injection or blending into pipeline to sulphur plant). The liquids recovery system captures 3,500 bpd C5+ condensate and 2,500 bpd C3+ NGL for sales.

Overview:

  • Inlet Separation
