Nest Three Trunk Lines

Equinox recently completed the FEED and Detail Design for the Nest Three Trunk Lines Project located between Grande Prairie and Grande Cache, Alberta.

The addition of the 23 miles (15 mile) pipeline system is an extension of our Client’s infrastructure that delivers sales gas and condensate to the market. It includes the design and installation of several 6” to 24” pipelines (water, sour gas, sweet gas, lift gas, oil emulsion) with two massive HDDs (2 miles x 36” ream and 1.2 miles x 42” ream) for major river/creek crossing.

The project was completed in four phases to tie-in well pad satellites to the Client’s existing pipeline network:

• Phase 1: 7 miles x 24″ sales gas pipeline; 7 miles x 8″ condensation pipeline; 7 miles x 8″ water line

• Phase 2: 6 miles x 20″ sales gas pipeline; 6 miles x 8″ condensate pipeline; 6 miles x 8″ water line

• Phase 3: from a super pad, 4 miles x 16″ sales gas pipeline; 4 miles x 12″ gas gathering pipeline; 4 miles x 8″ condensate pipeline; 4 miles x 6″ lift gas pipeline; 4 miles x 8″ water line

• Phase 4: 7 miles x 16″ sales gas pipeline; 7 miles x 8″ gas gathering pipeline; 7 miles x 8″ condensate pipeline; 7 miles x 8″ water line

Equinox’s Pipeline Group has installed thousands of miles of gathering systems, trunk and group lines. Learn more about our expertise or get in touch today.
